the water baby.
Everyone has a favorite toy or stuffed animal growing up. It becomes a friend, a comfort, and a confidant in the shadows of bedtime hours. For Eden, it was her water babies. She received "twin" water babies for her second birthday, and overnight she began to "mother" them. These babies took baths with Eden, took naps with her (although there was one instance where she rolled over on a water baby, and you can only imagine what happened...), and she even named them "Bryce" and "Chloe", respectively....

That was a beautiful story.. what a heart! I showed my Eden your Eden today... she especially liked the ballet post because my Eden wants to be "a ballerina for Jesus" when she grows up! She thought it was cool that another 4 year old girl was named Eden but she thought it was even cooler that she too only had brothers and no sisters like her! I am loving your blog, so glad I found it!
