A few weeks ago when we made our Father's Day craft and I had the kids digging up rocks from our backyard (post on craft and rock digging {here}), I had a ton of rocks left over that I didn't want to place back outside. I mean, what would you think if you observed your neighbor making her kids dig up rocks, then watching the same neighbor in her pajama pants dump the freshly washed rocks back in the same dirty hole? I have a reputation to uphold, people. And the pajama pants on the back porch are not helping. So, I thought of something. A place for those clean rocks. We made candle holders out of old mason jars, the rocks, a few votive candles, and some twine.
Eden pointed out that these are like our family, with little Titus in the middle. Sigh. I love my little lights.
