Since we have been studying the Tower of Babel this week, I took the kids on a "homeschool field trip" to the Sunsphere yesterday (Full story next week). It reminded me of how when Eden was younger, she used to have trouble saying "the sunsphere". Instead, it would sound like "the sun's beer".
This posed a few problems. It sounds like this to store patrons:
"When are we gonna see the sun's beer?"
"Where is the sun's beer? Is it in Knoxville?"
"What is the sun's beer made of?"
You get the idea. And no, I truly did not photoshop this picture. 1.) I cannot afford photoshop, and 2.) it was an incredibly gorgeous day to see the sun's beer. Ahem. I mean, sunsphere.
