So, yeah. Yesterday was one of the many times I wished I had my camera with me, yet had to settle for my archaic cell phone for pictures. After library storytime yesterday, Eden and her friend, Elijah, went to Pizza Hut to cash in on their personal pan pizza for the month of October for Book It. I love that Book It is excited about rewarding homeschooling students for reading as well as public school students. I LOVED Book It as a child, and I wore my hologram button on my shirt with pride. The kids didn't get a button, but they DID get their pizza. It is like their own little monthly book club meeting. JEALOUS.
