How to Paint a Pumpkin: Preschool Edition:
Step 1: Dress the part. Wear a shirt with a sparkly spider on it and hair in piggies. Look cute.
Step 2: Sit next to a much older gentleman who knows his colors.
Step 3: Emulate his every move--he wants black on his pumpkin? Black it is.
Step 4: Be sure and paint the stem as well. Make it virtually impossible for your mother to carry it to the car without getting paint everywhere.
Step 5: Pat yourself on the back for a job well done--just make sure there's no leftover paint on those hands first!
