to anticipate with expectation.

Don't you just love it?

Don't you love when you feel God impressing on your heart what He wants you to know, who He wants you to be, and how He wants you to be filled?

Yes. I love it.

Back a few weeks ago in {this post}, I explained my vision for the new year and that HOPE is at the absolute top of the list.

Then, I open the Word this morning, for the first day of the fresh Hello Mornings challenge, and read this:

 "Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that you will abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit". {Romans 15:13}

And in our study guide it reads that the "Hebrew word for "hope" is defined as "to anticipate, usually with pleasure, expectation or confidence."

I have never been more excited or filled with expectation than I am at this very moment in my steps with God.

I am a blank slate right now, an empty glass, but ready to be filled with all the joy, peace, and hope that He has to offer. It is time. Put off the old, put on the new.

Where do you place YOUR hope?
